Was working this morning (4/16), then stopped letting me pick a photo from the gallery. Can't use without that option.
I wish I spent any money on it.
Don't waste your money.
I am very picky with what voices can hypnotize me. The voice is good. I just started but I had to come and share my first feelings on this app.It is a program and won't work overnight.It gives you many tools and that impressed me the most.Most apps give you just the hypnosis but no this gives you your morning one your nighttime one.small emergency ones for cravings.Tools to record and rules and eating guidelines to stick to.Give more than just the hypnosis a chance.
A waste of good money, and many people on here have also pointed out no changes in their weight, I followed it , never mind, better luck next time 😀
No change in weight but I'm giving it two stars because it's excellent at helping me get to sleep. If they realised one for insomnia, I'd buy it!
Finding it good so far. I'm still waiting to be excepted into the Facebook support group though.
For me a male voice is more relaxing in the night time hypnosis, so I can't relax. The female voice is fine for the day time one. So if you update this app, it would be great to see a voice option.
Please read edit history for the reason for this reply. I'm fully aware of your other apps. I'm saying that having a woman doing ALL the hypnosis recordings EXCEPT for the surgery is sexist. It's hard enough for women Drs already. You seem like smart people, but the instant defence rather than owning the fact or taking it on board doesn't change the fact that you chose to have 4 recordings and make the one with surgery male and rest of them female voices. I expected better from you.
Sound is awful in the hypnosis session so not made any use of this app unfortunately.
